Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligible candidate(s) are entitled to purchase any Volkswagen vehicle from an authorised Volkswagen dealership only.
2. Eligible candidate(s) would be required to provide an original signed verification letter (“Verification Letter”) from the Company in the format set out by the Company which is recognised by Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) to any authorised Volkswagen dealership in Malaysia.
3. The Verification Letter must be signed by an authorised personnel of the Company which is the Senior Vice President, Group Human Resource (Staff) – Associate Professor Dato’ Dr Toh Kian Kok or the Group Registrar, UCSI Education Group – Encik Abu Bakar Bin Jalaluddin or Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs – Associate Professor Ir Dr Jimmy Mok Vee Hoong.
4. All letters must be issued on the Company’s letterhead.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, VPCM reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the terms of the CEPS at any time at its sole discretion by giving written notice to the Company. VPCM and the Company shall be entitled, at any time, to terminate the CEPS by giving one (1) month prior written notice.
